Who we are

This website is run by Zexy Studios, a trade name of Foutje, a sole proprietorship based in Balgoij, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 89649540). Questions about privacy go to info@zexystudios.com.

What this site stores on your device

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. The site keeps a few small preferences inside your own browser, and they never leave your device:

• Sound on or off, stored in local storage so the site remembers your choice.
• Graphics quality level, stored in session storage for the current visit, so the 3D scene runs smoothly on your device.
• Page transition flag, stored in session storage for a moment while you move between pages.
• A chat number, stored in local storage if you open the chat, so the conversation is still there when you change page or come back. It is a random number, not a name, and whether the chat window is open is remembered for the visit.

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Fonts and third parties

Fonts and every other file are served from this website itself. We do not load scripts from advertising or social networks.

When you contact us

When you send the contact form, your name, email address, company, project details and message pass through our server at Cloudflare and are delivered to our inbox by our email provider Resend. If that does not work, the form opens your own email app with the message filled in instead. Either way, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to prepare a proposal. We keep that correspondence for as long as the conversation and any resulting project need it, and for as long as the law requires for business records.

When you use the chat

The chat bubble is there if you want it, and nothing is sent until you write something. What you type, the replies, and which page you were on are stored on our chat server at Cloudflare. Conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after the last message.

Replies are written by an AI model running on Cloudflare's network, which reads the conversation in order to answer. Someone from the studio can read along and take over the conversation, and to make that possible new messages are forwarded to our own Telegram account, where Telegram handles them as it does any other message. We use what you write only to answer you and, if it turns into a project, to prepare a proposal. It is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.

You are talking to a bot unless it says a person has joined. Please keep passwords, payment details and anything else sensitive out of the chat; the contact form or email is the better route for that.

Hosting

Like every website, our hosting provider Vercel may log technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working. Those logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@zexystudios.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
