Case study · Sales and recruitment site
Strike
Strike connects sustainability installers with homeowners who actually want to make the switch. Clean, fast, and still a little zexy.
The brief
Strike is a Dutch sales agency with two audiences: installers who need good leads, and students who could become great advisers. Halfway through, it became clear the site's biggest job was recruiting.
So it had to feel premium to a partner, exciting to a twenty-year-old, and show up when someone searches for a sales job.
What we built
- A branded intro and a WebGL wave hero
- The logo's E becomes the funnel
- A scroll-driven map of the roles
- A two-step application with CV upload
The three slanted bars in the Strike E are also the three stages of their sales funnel. So we made them literally that: the bars build the funnel, the marquee, the buttons and even the 404 page.
On the careers page a teal line fills as you scroll, and each role lights up when the tip reaches it. Headlines fill in word by word. Buttons lean toward your cursor. Every bit of motion switches off for people who prefer less.
Each vacancy has its own page, listed on Google for Jobs and with its own share card. We also send monthly reports: the last one covered 40 improvements and brought ten pages up to WCAG AA contrast.

Got something
worth building?
Rough is fine. Send us the idea before it is tidy, while there is still room to make it stranger.
- A reply within two working days
- A plan and a quote. No pitch deck
- A straight no if the budget and the idea do not match
